A perfect thesis starts with an error-free print file. To ensure a smooth printing process, we ask you to submit your thesis as a PDF. This ensures consistent layout display and prevents unwanted surprises in the final result.

Export to PDF

To guarantee that your thesis is printed correctly, it is important that you:

Save your file as a PDF to maintain consistent formatting.
Embed all fonts and use the correct color profiles (CMYK).
Set bleed and margins correctly to avoid anything being cut off.
Ensure images are at least 150 dpi, preferably 300 dpi.

See the instructions below for a step-by-step guide on exporting your file:

Submit your files easily and securely

You can submit your thesis in several ways:

By e-mail (if the files are not too large).

Via WeTransfer or Dropbox for larger files. Simply upload your PDF and share the download link with us.

Proofreading for a smooth print process

Before submitting your files, it is a good idea to carefully edit and proofread your thesis. Check for spelling, grammar and consistency in formatting to minimize author corrections after the proof copy. This saves time during printing and ensures a faster, more efficient process.
